This individual directs strategic planning and operational activities of DEFTECH and serves on the NCMBC leadership team. This position is essential to connecting the NC innovation ecosystem with federal opportunities and federal agencies and is seen by both state and federal partners as essential to expanding the defense economy. Applicants must be willing to work onsite in a NC Military Business Center office, most likely on a community college campus or at a partner entity’s facility. This is not a remote position.
