Our client is a major UK regional law firm with offices working within a diverse range of business sectors.
THE ROLE:
A new role has arisen for a talented public law lawyer to join a highly successful Regulatory Public Law and Commercial Disputes group advising a broad range of clients, from professional bodies, government to higher education institutions and sports bodies and commercial entities.
You will be advising on public law issues and acting in judicial review challenges and on legislation, regulatory powers, policies and procedures, including cyber-security, data protection and freedom of information
THE CANDIDATE:
To be considered for this role you will have gained solid public law experience with a proven track record as a qualified lawyer 2pqe+ from a well-regarded national or regional firm.
Strong academics and a 2:1 degree or above are required along with a flexible and committed approach and the ability to work under pressure.
You will have solid knowledge and an understanding of public law and the role will involve travelling to support clients across the UK.
A self-starter, you will be keen to work hard and help develop the business in return for which you can expect to be offered outstanding career progression.
