Honolulu Prince Hotel sold for $7.7M

The Honolulu Prince Hotel in Waikiki has been sold for $7.7 million.
Kohei Hakamada, international real estate adviser with NAI ChaneyBrooks' Honolulu office, represented Prince Co. Ltd., based in Japan. Prince Co. originally bought the hotel Dec. 30, 1997, for approximately $8.6 million.
CR Nahua LLC purchased the leasehold property on Feb. 8.
The Honolulu Prince Hotel, at 415 Nahua St., has 10 stories, 134 rooms and 21,937 square feet of leasehold land. The Queen Emma Foundation owns the fee to the land. The property is not related to the Hawaii Prince Hotel on Ala Moana Boulevard.
