Sounds like somebody got spanked pretty hard by their (former?) board,

Wrong! I have never been brought before a procuring cause
arbitration panel, much less been the victim of the system.
I certainly do know people who have, but even that is irrelevant
to the matter at hand.
The undisclosed theft of home buyer rights is a reprehensible,
unethical, act. Compound it with a lack of disclosure of
who represents whom, and I would put the offense on par with
any other type of white collar crime, deserving of loss of
license, restitution and jail time at a cushy, country club
type prison.
Care to make any more uneducated guesses me? Care to continue
to ignore the substance of the issue at hand? You can
