Partners in Sleaze: Remember, This Guy Endorsed Obama

By Debbie Schlussel

**** SCROLL DOWN FOR UPDATE ****

There’s a lot of buzz surrounding a very explicit (read:  disgusting), f-word-filled interview that attention-whore singer John Mayer gave to Playboy magazine.  And while I don’t care that he said Jessica Simpson is like “crack cocaine” and “sexual napalm” for him, some of the other things he gets away with are notable, since he gets away with things only a liberal would get away with saying.  And that’s not to mention that this guy is complete trash.

johnmayerobamasmiling

Sleazy is as Sleazy Does

Mayer uses the N-word, calls gay blogger Perez Hilton (whom he kissed), a “f–” (remember the outrage when Ann Coulter used that?  And she was joking), and says that his penis is a White supremacist.  All of this is notable because Barack Obama’s campaign officially included him in their “Yes We Can: Voices of a Grassroots Movement” CD (on which his “Waiting on the World to Change” appears), and he was a big-time endorser of the current, failed Prez.

Mayer (who wrote and sings, “Your Body is a Wonderland”) talks ad nauseam about masturbation and porn and about how he has “a hood pass”–a slang term describing White people being accepted by the Black community–and says it should really be called a “N—– pass.” And here are some more excerpts from the low-life Barack fan’s spew. Parents, this is who your daughters are listening to. Hey, maybe he can hang with the Obama daughters.

There have probably been days when I saw 300 vaginas before I got out of bed. . . . My biggest dream is to write pornography. . . .

What is being black? It’s making the most of your life, not taking a single moment for granted. Taking something that’s seen as a struggle and making it work for you, or you’ll die inside. Not to say that my struggle is like the collective struggle of black America. But maybe my struggle is similar to one black dude’s. . . .

My d— is sort of like a white supremacist. I’ve got a Benetton heart and a f—–’ David Duke c—. I’m going to start dating separately from my d—.

And don’t forget this stupidity. Whatta class act.

**** UPDATE: This sleazebag is apparently a girlie-man, too. He cries on-stage in a non-apology “apology.” What a wuss.

Yeah low life trash. No comment needed since he doesn’t deserve the time of day.

Good riddance!

Who cares if someone uses the “N” word anymore? I use it. If that is what that person is then that is what he is. If a black guy is selfish, vindictive and an overall POS then that is what they are? I don’t call all black people that word. I give everyone I meet the benefit of the doubt. Been it fistfights over it. Will never bend over backwards to make sure a black isn’t offended when he shit on me. F**K THAT!! Now if a woman can be called a “C” word, does it mean all women are the “C” word? No if the shoe fits, then they are that word. I don’t generalize all women as that. But blacks will guilt people to say that word cant ever be used no matter what a POS shit th

at individual person is. Well blacks throw it on each other all the time. Not ever gonna feel guilty.

Mayer used the “N” word to say he is down with the brothas. I use the “N” when I have to thrown down with some brothas. That soft POS who sang that horrible sappy song need his ass beaten for being such a P***Y.

His comment about masturbation bring a Green Day song up to mind. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vy5XR-oxCus

Or maybe Beavis and Butthead.

Who cares if someone uses the “N” word anymore? I use it. If that is what that person is then that is what he is. If a black guy is selfish, vindictive and an overall POS then that is what they are? I don’t call all black people that word. I give everyone I meet the benefit of the doubt.

Oh really? Well, as a 26 year African-American, I detest the word. Growing up, that word was NEVER allowed in my house. And to this day, I nver use the word, besides the fact that it makes you look more ignorant.

Now *CaliforniaScreaming*—–Do you know how ignorant you sound by saying that you don’t call every black person the N-word? That’s like a rapist saying that he doesn’t rape every woman he sees. I don’t know you, and you dont know me. But I find it disheartening that you would find it okay to pick and choose who you the N-word. I’m a positive, educated black man, and I dont use the word, and neither should you. Not all black men are criminal thugs, rappers, and ebonic-speaking ignoramuses. And not all white people are racist. All races have bad apples, not all.

As for John Mayer, he’s just an idiot. I know he’s friends with Alicia Keys, and I listen to his music, but this changes the way I look at him. Until he makes a true apology, I will never purchase another CD of his ever.

Be well and have a good night.

I had an incident in a bar and a couple of brothas tried to punk me in front of some women I met. Well apparently they thought they should be there instead of me. So if you gonna talk sh*t to these girls about me, they come back and tell me and I am not gonna do anything about it? Sorry nobody is going to emasculate me in front of women. Or any other situation for that matter. Now I am supposed to refrain from using the “N” word after that? I am supposed to worry whether he gets offended? F**K THAT!! There was a fight, bouncers jumped in, police were called and everyone was told to leave.

By the way I am of Mexican decent. I have been called all the names by other people: wetback, beaner, cholo, illegal, spic and on and on. Usually people won’t say to your face because there will be a fight. I hear black people say the “N” word in so many instances and not just the “N” word with the “-ah” ending but the “N” word ending in the “-er”. Was on a bus in Cleveland about a year ago and some black kid was talking loudly on his cell phone and referring to guy who did him wrong as a “N” ending in “-er”. If some black goes does me wrong in a manner that is uncharacteristic of any other group that is defined by black culture then that is when I will use that term. If I see graffiti all over the place, I know it wasn’t some white or black kids but some Mexican cholo tagger or gang banger. I call them as I see them. It is what it is.
Everyone thinks calling out certain things makes you look ignorant. Yeah whatever. Heard that not gonna cave in. I don’t go around trying to appease everyone.

    CaliforniaScreaming,

I am one of the most un-PC people around, but even I never use that N word. It is a vile detestable word that denigrates people. If you want to say someone is trash, say they are trash, not that word. It is similiar that I would beat you up if you called me a w*p (I’m of Italian descent) and I’m sure Debbie would be offended and kick your butt if you called her a K*ke.

I AM INSULTED THAT JOHN MAYER LIVED IN CONNECTICUT! INSULTED I TELL YOU! DIE IN THE BIG ONE IN HOLLYWOOD MAYER YA PIECE OF GLOBALIST CRAP!

Bob Porrazzo on February 11, 2010 at 3:14 pm

Definitely no class there at all.

As music listeners, I don’t think we can keep up with all the trash they spew out and are. Part of me thinks this is something I didn’t really need to know, and part of me is grateful to find a site that educates.

I suppose ignorance is bliss, but truly we should ALL investigate who and what we support, and that’s just a grown up approach to life.

Barbara (Xerraire) on February 11, 2010 at 4:04 pm

I never understood his fans. his music, message and sound is boring. I dont find him cute, smart or talented…

linda jp on February 11, 2010 at 4:08 pm

Yeah, Mayer’s a first class jerk, but I’ve got to differ on the “talent” front. Check out Mayer’s solo on “Covered in Rain” from his Any Given Thursday DVD, or this duet with Clapton playing Crossroads: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zh4n1bZi4d8 – doesn’t sound like “a guy in a high school band” to me.

Mayer can be pretty sappy when he goes “pop”, but he’s got some serious blues chops. His “Where the Light Is” DVD is also worthwhile if one can set aside his personal qualities.

I’m reminded of Salieri’s musings in the movie Amadeus – asking G-d why he would bless the juvenile, licentious Mozart with such talent. Sadly, righteousness and talent don’t always go together.

Raymond in DC on February 11, 2010 at 4:52 pm

Thanks for the “Crossroads” clip Raymond in DC. Mayer does a decent copy of Clapton’s famous solo. But he is no Stevie Ray Vaughn.

Bob on February 12, 2010 at 12:56 am

Never heard of him.

White Rook on February 11, 2010 at 6:43 pm

Is John Mayer’s career on life support? Is that the reason he gave such a T.M.I. interview?

Richard on February 11, 2010 at 8:15 pm

It sounds like Mayer’s career is ready to be embalmed and cremated.

Worry01 on February 11, 2010 at 9:05 pm

Jennifer Aniston has to be think that she dodged a bullet. I doubt any has seen it but check out his interview in this months Rolling Stone. The dude tries to sound all hip and cool but comes off as someone I used to get lunch money out of in high school.

This Jewish kid Mayer resmbles a young Michael Bloomfield
(now dead played on Dylans Highway 61, and was the lead guitar player in the great Paul Butterfield Blues Band, check out East- West) Bloomfield came from a wealthy family in Chicago but as a teen went to the southside of Chicago and hung out with all the great Blues players and honed his chops. He became influencial in the mid 60s of so many guitarists. He went on to become a heroin addict lived in Marin County in SF California. He went on rants and I caught one in Santa Cruz California, asked the dude during a break if he could play a particular song, he got in my face and said I dont need to play that Im a f-nig millionaire! He died few years after that gig. I see meltdowns coming with this kid, he has two sides, a pop side and his Blues guitar side. He follows Buddy Guy around and wants to be accepted with the black blues crowd. I see this guy starting to melt down, his ego is out of control.

N: Only his father is Jewish, and even he knows he is not a Jew. DS

Back when I was a bed-wetting beta-male who voted Democrat, yeah, I bought into the notion that blacks have ownership of the “N” word.

Then one day, after sampling “urban” radio for a few hours and hearing it used ad nauseum to sell music to white kids, I realized that black ownership of the “N” word was nonsense on stilts.

I kind of feel sorry for Jessica Simpson. Given her sleazeball dad, obviously she was imprinted to prefer the wrong man.
