NVC Integration and Mentoring Program
with Miki Kashtan

This program is designed for people who don’t have easy access to local trainer support, and who are eager to embark on a serious study of NVC. It can be taken at many different levels of experience, but is not designed for people who are just beginning their journey of NVC.

Fee: $105.00 USD per quarter

"This course is blowing my socks off! Miki has structured the material in a way that supports my exploring important topics within NVC. Participating in class and doing the exercises between classes is making me conscious of when and how I apply NVC consciousness in my daily life."
—Ronnie Hausheer, Buenos Aires

  • Are you eager to integrate NVC into all areas of your life?
  • Do you want to immerse yourself in serious study of NVC principles and practice?
  • Do you thrive on having a structure of support to ground your learning and integration?

The program consists of the following topics, each of which will be studied for a month. Participants register separately for each quarter:

1. Monthly 2-hour teleclass with Miki, to introduce the topic of the month

  • If you have been to any of Miki’s teleclasses, you have come to expect a lively, interactive and provocative inquiry based on preparation you will be asked to engage with ahead of time. Miki will cover the main points of the topic, and provide coaching, inspiration, and in-the-moment activities to support your learning.
  • Each call will conclude with a daily practice to support your integration of the topic of the month.
  • Although this is a year-long program, registration will take place on a quarterly basis.

Cost: $105 USD for each quarter

2.  Weekly journals related to the topic of the month

In addition to the preparation notes for the monthly teleclass, you will receive 3 other reading and writing invitations to deepen your exploration and integration. These invitations are an essential part of the program, as they support integration in a world where much of life continues to exist outside NVC consciousness.

Cost: Included in the program fee.

3.  Weekly calls with empathy buddy

Each program participant will be assigned to another participant as an empathy buddy. Part of participation in the program includes committing to a weekly one-hour call with your buddy. During the call you will be practicing your skills and supporting each other’s healing with empathy, as well as any other interaction that may contribute to your learning and growth.

Cost: Included in the program fee.

4.  Monthly coaching calls with Program Assistant

To support your learning and growth even further, the program includes an opportunity to receive support and coaching from an experienced NVC practitioner. In this one-hour monthly call you will have an opportunity to review questions you have, receive coaching and support with challenges in your life or in integrating the material from the program, and have access to empathy as needed to support your learning.

Cost: $225 for each quarter - $75 per month. We recognize that some people may not have the resources to participate in this segment of the program. This segment of the program is administered by BayNVC. Click here to download the registration form.

"Because I was new to NVC, the NVC Integration and Mentoring telecourse really offered me the opportunity to understand on a deep level important principles such as needs consciousness and the practice of self acceptance. I was also excited to become part of a community who shared the same passion that I have to live and learn NVC. And I loved having an empathy buddy to practice and become friends with!"
