With its ripe black cherry and notably peppery smoky character , this is a classic style of Cape Shiraz. Winemaker, Nicky Versfeld, has carefully crafted this aromatic red from grapes grown on cool south-westerly slopes of the Stellenbosch mountains. This picturesque area benefits from breezes that sweep in off False Bay, keeping the vines healthy and giving the wines a clean aromatic character and refreshing finish.
