Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our highly successful manufacturing client based on the outskirts of Stirling.

You will be working closely with Supply Chain, Customers, and Warehouse and 3PL partners to deliver the highest possible level of service to customers. You will be responsible for booking all transport for the site and external warehouses whilst being the primary contact for hauliers.

You must hold a Valid Driving License for this position.

Key responsibilities will also include:

• Organise, distribute and control the planning of all outbound traffic operations.
• Work closely with hauliers, raise PO’s, ensure orders are allocated and delivered on time.
• Support the Logistics team to record, measure and analyse costs.
• Ensure all transportation documentation is compliant.
• Create and maintain KPI reports.

Candidates:

• Previous experience working in a logistics role with knowledge of working with logistics carriers.
• PC Literate – must be an intermediate user on Microsoft Excel. Experience using a distribution/transportation system would also be beneficial.
• Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a flexible can-do attitude.
