 Production Operative

The Rutland Charcuterie Company was established over 3 years ago and is growing rapidly as their proposition of quality and provenance is resonating with leading retailers and food outlets nationwide. They produce a range of award winning salamis and air-dried meats, all made with British high welfare meats in the beautiful surroundings of the county of Rutland.
As a result of considerable expansion they are now looking for a production assistant to join their small dedicated team as they expand to fulfil their ever increasing order book.
But being a small business no two days will be the same, as when unexpected orders come in everyone will be expected to help out! The business is young in attitude and being in rural Rutland it is a beautiful place to work. The job is very much hands on and full training will be provided - so no particular experience in the craft of charcuterie would be required.
As the business grows there would be further opportunity to advance within the company for the successful candidate.

Salary: Negotiable - dependant on experience
