The Role of Trading Performance Manager

We’re working with a well-known consumer brand that already has a strong presence in the UK High-Street who are looking to transform across all areas of the business.

As part of this transformation they are looking to hire a Trading Performance Manager In to enhance the sales performance and to build on our client’s success and become even more, commercial, innovative and exciting.

Key Responsibilities of the Trading Performance Manager

  • Development and Implementation of Management Reporting to provide trading performance insight and day to day information about the customer base and the activity required to ensure optimum results
  • Analyse sales performance data and improve customer engagement, revenue and loyalty delivering in retained value
  • Working with senior leaders to develop strategic and commercial initiatives that move the sales performance forward
  • Development and Implementation of Management Reporting to provide insight and day to day information about the customer base and the activity required to ensure optimum results
  • Strategic lead for implementation to increase customer value, experience and retention
  • Collate, filter and analyse sales performance data from multiple sources and develop insightful reports for senior leaders
  • Analysing data trends for use in reports to help guide decision making

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and people skills and ability to build reports at all levels
  • Proven track record of delivering commercial, strategic and operational programmes
  • Ability to lead and deliver results in a high-pressured and fast paced environment
  • Commercial acumen, analysis, customer insights, adaptability, stakeholder engagement at all levels
  • Highly numerical, analytical skills, ability to work with complex data to continually increase efficiency and maximising revenue
  • Flexible and able to quickly adapt to new situations
  • Ability to work in a very fast paced environment successfully
  • Highly commercial with the ability to identify trends impacting sales performance
  • Experience within telecommunications is preferred but not essential
