This position is located at our newly constructed and modern office in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.
Our organization provides real estate investors the necessary capital to finance their projects by bringing together private lenders and borrowers. We are looking for a Loan Officer to join our amazing team!This role is responsible for generating revenue by contacting new and existing borrowers by assisting them with requests for investor real estate financing opportunities.
Our Loan Officers provide excellent customer services and guide borrows through the lending process; analyze borrower loan applications to determine viability of loan transactions; take calls and follow-up with online inquires; track communication in our CRM; coordinate services with loan processors and underwriters; compiling loan packages and facilitate negotiations with prospective borrower; recommend or denying loan approvals; ensure a high level of accuracy on all documents and maintain the company's culture and core values.
