Forest School Easter Scheme
Thank you for your expression of interest! By filling in this form you will have secured a place temporarily while we wait to hear back from the venue. Once we have confirmed this, you will be emailed to pay for the sessions to confirm your place.

Upon receipt of this form Elements will email you the Terms and Conditions which must be abided by when attending the session.

Venue Details: Crawfordsburn Country Park
Time: 9.30 am - 1.30 pm
Date: 3, 4, 5 (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) April 2024
Ages: 6 - 12 years old
Dress: Bring waterproof gear, a change of clothes, hat, gloves and scarf, and a pair of sturdy shoes
Food: Water bottle and a snack - we will also be cooking on the fire outdoors most of the time
Payment: Paypal to pay is on www.paypal.me/elementsfs. You can also pay by bank transfer (details will be provided upon request).
IMPORTANT: Drop off and pick up takes place at the Crawfordsburn Country Park Visitor Centre. Sometimes roadworks can create unexpected diversions and delays. Please ensure that you leave time for this.

Elements will also be taking photographs for our activities for recording and promotional purposes. Please state if you give permission for this. It will be used in our literature - hardcopy and electronic - as well as our media coverage.

Declaration: I understand that Forest School can be a high risk activity and Elements will do its best to ensure that it is carried out in as safe a manner as possible. I also acknowledge that my child I will abide by and instructions for the safety and well-being of myself and other participants. If they are unable to observe these instructions they will be asked to leave the session - this will be non-refundable. I will ensure that my child is dressed appropriately and have the correct outdoors equipment for their own safety and well being.
Payment will secure your place. Payment per day is £29, £85 for all three days (£5 discount).
