About me
Aside from being a therapist and understanding on a clinical level all the troubles and core problems, I can relate to many as a person/ expat. I help my clients deal with a daily basis stress, anxiety, maintaining relationship and specialise in helping people who suffer from consequences of narcissistic abuse. In a couple therapy, I provide guidance for spouses who go through infidelity, break up, loneliness, miscommunications, emotional neglect.
My approach
As a couple therapist, I use Emotional-Focused Therapy method to help couples with:
-divorce/ break up
-regaining trust after betrayal (cheating)
-polyamorous relationship
-emotional verbal abuse
-de-escalating fights
-depression in one of the partners
-PTSD in one of the partners
-reviving/improving sex life
-deep avoidant partner
-loneliness in a relationship

-Cluster B personality disorders: NPD (narcissistic), BPD (borderline), HPD (histrionic)
