A dedicated and results-driven Team Assistant / PA with impeccable fluency in English is sought after by a global investment firm. You will provide secretarial and administrative support to a group of Senior Managers and Business Development Executives from their fabulous, corporate, open plan office which boast stunning City views of St Paul’s Cathedral and surrounding areas! Due to the international set up of the company, it is essential that you speak one or (ideally) more of the following languages: French, Dutch, German, Swedish or Finnish.

Reporting directly to the Head of the European Sales Division; your Team Assistant/PA role will be split a 70/30 split between two incredibly busy and established sales teams who cover the UK and European markets respectively; therefore this role requires a robust PA/Team Assistant with excellent multitasking and time management skills who likes to be busy and become involved in the business!

Your daily responsibilities will include using your French, Dutch, German, Swedish or Finnish language skills to provide multiple diary management, arrange meetings (internal and external), organise complex travel itineraries, process expenses, manage all incoming correspondence in English and general office management whilst ensuring the managers and sales executives schedules are kept abreast of their ever-changing itineraries.

Profile

  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in French, Dutch, German, Swedish or Finnish AND English are essential.
  • A demonstrable Team Secretary/ Team Assistant/ Team PA/ Executive PA, Bilingual PA/ Personal Assistant/ Business Assistant/Management Assistant background.
  • Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, stakeholders and clients. 
  • Highly organised and able to manage your own workload as needed whilst juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to perform quickly and accurately within a short time frames.
  • Impeccable interpersonal skills, cultural awareness.
  • Excellent numerical and IT skills across the Microsoft Office applications (knowledge of Salesforce desirable).
  • General understanding or keen interest in the financial markets.
  • Adaptable, approachable, committed, flexible, with complete discretion
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
