These new excellent roles will give you the perfect opportunity to join this brand and to provide you with a great platform for further development through the business. As this contract grows there will be more exciting options open to the best Customer Service Advisors out there.
This new challenging role will provide excellent service to the companies clients whilst managing their enquiries and needs. The day to day responsibilities will be taking inbound calls from the company's customer base whilst being compliant with the companies frameworks and delivering the best customer service possible.
Salary
£16,500 - £17,500
Requirements
- IT proficient
- 1 year+ experience in customer service - ideally telephony based
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be customer focused and professional in approach
- Ability to learn quickly
- Able to accurately input data
