Karnataka woman thrashes bank manager over 'sex-for-loan' demand

NEW DELHI: A woman in Karnataka's Davangere district thrashed a bank manager after he allegedly sought sexual favours from her in return for sanctioning a loan
In the video which has gone viral, the woman can be seen beating her alleged harasser with a cane in broad daylight.

According to sources, the woman had applied for a loan of Rs 2 lakh but got infuriated when the manager, who works at DHFL, sought sexual favours in exchange for approving the money.
The police have filed a case against the bank manager.
