 Mechanical Engineer / Fitter
Location: Bedfordshire, England
Salary: GBP25000 - GBP30000 per annum
A family run repair and overhaul company based in Bedfordshire, which specialises in the restoration of out of production accessories and components relating to piston engines, are currently looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be:
• Knowledgeable in component rebuilding or precision assembly.
• Well skilled in hand fitting, with experience using a variety of hand tools.
• Responsible for identifying and fault-finding failings with the mechanical components throughout the assembly and testing phases.
The candidate should be knowledgeable of all aspects of re-manufacturing, have a flexible approach and have great problem solving skills, as well as have experience in a mechanical engineering background.
