update to openHAB 2.2.0
A clean install is supposed (also userdata).

There are issues with updating from a previous version
somewhere located inside the userdata: ./userdata/etc/config.properties

• Basically only includes a fix to be able to stop openHAB again.

• Added support for optional port change.
• Added delay for start and stop - should solve most of the start/stop problems..

After using an old beta for a while I decided to invest some time into the original idea of QPKG installations and updates.
During this time I realized that updating openHAB by using a newer QPKG didn't work, so I fixed that in this release.

Nothing new, but the latest release bundled in the new QPKG.

Sorry for the delay. QPKGs are now available for the online and offline flavor of openHAB 2.
