We are seeking applications to an immediate vacancy for an experienced Project Manager who has a proven track record in managing their own projects, to be based from the Leeds office of this International Construction Consultancy firm. The role will be to assist the business with its increasing workload, as well as been a key part in the future development of the business as it and its structure continues to grow.
You will be managing £multi-million projects (typically £5m - £100m plus), ranging from complex refurbishments to major new build schemes, in a wide variety of sectors - commercial, retail (fit-outs and new build), education and private residential.
You will be interacting with clients at all levels, taking projects from start to completion.
Experience Needed - Relevant degree qualified (Surveying/Construction Management)
- Proven track record as a Project Manager
- Responsible for your own projects
- Worked within a Consultancy environment.
- Pre and post contract experience.
- Comfortable in Client facing role and developing Client relationships.
The role does require good IT skills including experience; additionally you will need good communications and interpersonal skills, a proactive approach and strong emphasis on high standards and customer service.
