As Head of the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will lead a sales and marketing team.

Ideally the following skills and experience are required:

• Educated to Degree level or equivalent in the field of Engineering, Marketing or Sales.
• Professional Engineering (IEng/CEng) or Marketing qualifications would be desirable.
• A background in some or all of IR Detector concepts, technology and applications including, but not limited to:
• Cadmium Mercury Telluride (CMT); Tri-glycine Sulfate (TGS); Forward-Looking Infrared (FLIR); Multiple Array Single Substrate (MASS); Read Out Integrated Circuit (ROIC); Focal Plane Array (FPA); Higher Operating Temperature (HOT); Space Applications; Tactical ISTAR; Battlefield Surveillance; is highly desirable.
• The Candidate should ideally have a proven track record of success as a salesman in the Commercial and Defence sectors in the UK and / or overseas or be a high-quality candidate with specialist domain knowledge.
