We have had so much fun! The Kindergarten classrooms have been building gingerbread houses this week. This is a follow up activity to our 3 week lesson on shapes, including solid shapes. The Kindergartners built the walls, roofs, and made really cool trees. They finished the project by decorating their houses with lots of candy. It was great to hear how they planned to use different shapes to create tables, lights and sleds! Our Kindergarten rooms smelled so delicious!
