As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for developing and implementing changes in our DMBI landscape. You will be mainly responsible for implementing BI related business projects according to DLL’s standards and guidelines. Next to that, you will drive continuous service improvement in our landscape in a timely and qualitative manner.

Day to day:
  • Work with business product owners to understand business requirements and use cases
  • Translating business requirements in technical solutions that are fit for future
  • Delivering of complex and large scope solutions within the DMBI domain, including consultancy, functional design and process alignment
  • Responsible for overall design of BI solutions and delivering technical solutions (projects and small changes).
  • Cooperates in cross delivery team projects, taking into account solutions within other delivery teams to reach the ultimate solution
  • Ensuring your solutions will meet our architectural and security standards and guidelines.
  • Ensuring your (project) deliverables are ‘on time’, ‘on budget’ and ‘on quality’.

Essentials:
  • Service oriented mindset
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or related field of study and at least 7 years’ relevant experience
  • Expertise in schema design, developing data models and proven ability to work with complex data is required
  • Experience with end-to-end solution architecture for data capabilities
  • Experience with ELT/ETL development, patterns and tooling
  • Experience with BI and Visualization tools (MS BI Stack and Qlik, Tableau)
  • Specific data management and business intelligence knowledge applied in the Banking sector
  • Good process management skills. (ITIL, Agile/Scrum)
