Need to Know

ATTN: Fall Athletes/Band/Color Guard Members - Study Tables begin NEXT WEEK

Study tables will begin next week for any athlete, band, or color guard member who has any combination of two or more Ds or Fs when grades are run. Study Table grades will be run at 3pm on Thursdays of weeks 2, 4, 6, and 8 of each quarter. The first grade report will be run THIS Thursday, September 13th at 3pm. This report run is final and will determine study table attendance requirements for the following two weeks. Study Tables will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30am-7:30am and again from 3:15pm-4:15pm. Students must attend two of the study table sessions each week in order to be eligible to participate in competition that weekend or band/color guard Friday night activities. Students and parents will be notified via email if they/their child will be required to participate in study tables. Even if a student’s grade(s) come up during the two week period, they must still attend study tables until the next grade report is run. This will only help them get further ahead, hopefully avoiding study tables in the future.
