THE ROLE:
A new opportunity has arisen for an ambitious commercial property lawyer to join a market-leading real estate team working in key sectors from leisure, hotel to public sector and retail.
You will be working with clients which include PE houses, funds and debit clients focussing on corporate real estate and large scale investment transactions.
THE CANDIDATE:
To be considered you will be a commercial property lawyer with 1-4 PQE who has quality non-contentious real estate experience, and an excellent academic record gained with a national or City law firm.
Solid real estate finance transactions experience is essential, with an understanding in managing complex transactions, in addition you will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
You will be a self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced environment and to demonstrate high levels of initiative and motivation.
