- 22.75 Hours Per Week – Part Time
- £10.30 Per Hour
- Night Shift: 9.00pm – 7:15am
Our respected team of Care Team make a huge contribution to the care our residents receive every day. We're looking for a dedicated and caring individual with care experience to join us in leading a care team at our home. Working with your colleagues, you'll plan and manage the delivery of high quality care for our residents.
Elizabeth House is a Poole care home offering specialist residential and dementia care and is conveniently located near Alderney Hospital. We provide a safe and caring environment where residents can live their lives as if in the comfort of their own home, but cared for by our dedicated staff.

About you:
You will have experience in the care of older people and the supervision of staff, together with the ability to demonstrate strong leadership qualities.
You will also have experience in administering medication and hold an NVQ3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), or hold a level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care and be willing to train to achieve the level 3 Diploma shortly after you start with us.
