Location:  Reading, England
Salary:  GBP15 - GBP25 per hour


An exciting role has arisen for a German speaking Project Coordinator! Our client, a leading technology firm which provides IT solutions, is seeking for a professional and enthusiastic German speaking Project Coordinator to join their motivated team in Reading. This vacancy is part-time, with roughly 20 hours work spread over 4-5 days a week. This position can be remotely or partly remotely, lasting 2-3 months, with the possibility to become ongoing.

Within this exciting role, you will as a German speaking Project Coordinator, be dealing with a variety of existing clients across the German market. You will be ensuring that the clients are fully aware of the software product’s benefits. As part of your role, you will be responsible for contacting clients and coordinating schedules for the consultants to come and provide information and install the products for the clients. In order to succeed within this exciting role it is essential for you to be confident and well-spoken, as you will be managing with a wide range of profiles and be able to communicate clearly and effectively.

This vacancy is a great opportunity for an experienced German speaking applicant, with previous experience dealing with project scheduling or project management within a successful company. Profile

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager or Project Scheduler
  • Experience working within a technology industry
  • Exceptional organisational and planning skills, able to take ownership and stong problem solving skills
  • Possess a professional, helpful and friendly telephone manner
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team or independently
  • Strong IT skills, Microsoft package
  • Strong communication skills, able to work in a fast paced environment
