6-Week Transformational Yoga Experience starting Sunday, January 2nd, 2022

Begin the year by establishing a practice that supports your wholebeing. Learn how to generate and stoke agni, your inner fire, through the coldest months of the year. Be witnessed by warm-hearted community as we come together and journey inward toward the heart. Join us for our annual study of the Yamas, and expand your personal practice.

Concepts and practices covered in this Satsang, Community of Truth Seekers, are appropriate for ALL levels of yoga experience. Beginners will gain a strong foundation by learning the fundamentals of Yoga, what yoga feels like in the body, and how it can help us work with the mind and heart. Experienced yogis will deepen their practice through focused, consistent study in community with like-minded seekers.
