Wholesale drop shipping can be very exciting. The first time we drop shipped an item, we had a very positive and successful experience. In fact, we sold a very upscale bottle of cologne to a customer in Rome, Italy!

Wow! What a way to start off.

Now being from Southern California, we thought, you know, maybe our first drop ship customer would be somewhere in the USA. But we listed the item internationally and, of course, the world is a very big place.

The result?

We were notified by e-mail from PayPal of an instant payment received from a customer in Italy!

Admittedly, it took a little while for the product to get through Italian customs, but the customer understood that this would be likely.

But now you're probably wondering how to communicate with your international drop ship customers, right? No worries... I'm about to show you how I spoke perfect Italian (or at least copied and pasted it) in every message to my first drop ship customer in Rome, Italy.

Next, we checked a little box to indicate that this item was to be drop shipped.

Finally, we clicked submit, and -- voila -- the order was in process.
(Actually, voila is French, isn't it? But you get the idea.)

After you have drop shipped a few items through suppliers you can trust, you get used to the process, and you start to trust your team.
