Why, hello there!
If you’ve stumbled upon this page, then that means you were
curious enough to find out just what horrible threats and
demands I’m going to make at my lovely patrons
and supporters!
(Haha, NOT!)
In actuality, I want our journey, and thus- experience together, to be as
pleasant for the both of us as possible. Because of this, I am going to make
my terms as simplistic and as easy on the sentiments of others as possible.
For this reason; I would appreciate it immensely if my potential clients would
read over my little blurb here, so that we understand one another as best as
possible.
That being said, I cannot foresee the future, and predict what manner of
circumstances might arise where I have to make this bit of boring
technicalities lengthier. :(
Anyway! Moving on…
♥ Whiffle will do her best to complete Patron’s artwork in a timely manner, however; she is legally disabled and sometimes goes through periods of ‘down time’ where her illness is at its worst. Because of this, artwork may take up to six months to be completed. (Works are usually completed within one month’s time. This is just a super-padded buffer to keep things nice and easy.)
♥ Whiffle works best when she is given as much as artistic freedom as possible. Being creative is difficult, and having the process ‘castrated’ will be more likely to result in Patron not enjoying the finished image as much as they possibly could. Please keep this statement in mind when requesting a commission.
♥ Whiffle works in a style known as ‘windowed view’, as if the subject of the image is being gazed upon from a window. Derp Sloth does not produce ‘generic, standing poses’, so if Patron has such an image in mind, please seek out a different artist. It should also be noted that because of her ‘windowed’ artstyle, a Full-Body commission could include anything from upper thighs, downward; and Bust commissions can include anything from the chest, to just below the waist.
♥ Whiffle has a very realistic, distinct style of artwork. Her imagery is not something that would be well-suited for all types of characters/scenarios. It is advised that Patron takes this notion in mind when pursuing a commission. Above all, Whiffle loves to create beauty in her artwork, and would be just as disappointed as her Patron, if she were not able to give the commission the justice it deserves. Love really does go into every pixel, and Whiffle desires her Patron to love the finished image, as well.

★ In practice, Whiffle does not usually issue full-refunds. Full-refunds are only offered if absolutely no progress has begun on the commissioned piece.
★ A request for a full-refund can be made only if no work has begun on the piece, or if only a sketch has been provided. If the sketch process has been completed, only a 60% refund is available.
★ Once rendering has begun, there can no longer be a refund; unless time spent on the commission has exceeded six months. For this reason- think very carefully before commissioning Whiffle. No exceptions will be made for not having read this part of her terms.
Yay! We reached the end! (For now. Until Whiffle gets ‘that guy’ who causes her to have to revise her terms because of loopholes.) Thank you for reading! Make sure to write that you accept Whiffle’s terms if you decide to commission her! She looks forward to working with you!!
