The Role:
The client is looking for a dedicated and driven individual to manage and grow the company’s SDR team. You will play the role of a player-manager, which will entail the tutoring and mentoring of the team, as well as getting your hands dirty and leading the team by example. Upon starting, you will be managing a team of 3 and will continue to grow out the team in the New Year.
Key Requirements
- 2+ years lead generation experience
- SaaS and Technology experience
- Management of an SDR team
- Proven success against targets
