CONSENT TO USE OF PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES — Registration and attendance at, or participation in any Virginia State University meeting and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrants and participant to VSU’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, video’s electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.

WAIVERS OF CLAIM AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY— The REGISTRANT/ATTENDEE in consideration of participation in this event to be attended at Randolph Farm, Ettrick, Virginia and or the Campus of Virginia State University, Petersburg, Virginia, I hereby irrevocably, personally and for his or her heirs, assigns and legal representatives release and waive any and all present, of future claims, demands and causes of action which the REGISTRANT/ATTENDEE now has or may in the future have against Virginia State University, staff as well as Virginia States University’s faculty members, representatives, officers, agents, employees and each of them, for any and all present or future loss or damage to property, and/or bodily injury, including death, however caused, resulting from, or arising out of in any way connected with the aforementioned activity for Virginia State University’s event purposes.  The REGISTRANT/ATTENDEE covenants not to cause any action at law or in equity to be brought or permit such to be brought in his or her behalf, either directly or indirectly , on account  of loss of or damage to property and /or bodily injury, including death, against any of the aforesaid parties however caused, resulting form, hold harmless, and defined at his or her sole expense, any and future be asserted against the aforesaid parties from any claims, demands, and causes of action which now or in the future be asserted against the aforesaid parties arising out of or by reason of said activity described above, including any incident, injury, loss, or damage that might occur at any place in connection therewith.
