This Event was CANCELLED<

After much deliberation and input from the UNC community, as well as other speakers and event attendees, we have decided to formally postpone the Integrative Neurostimulation Conference untill next year. The event will be held on the same dates in 2021: May 12th-14th. Though we have been eagerly looking forward to hosting you, we recognize the situation our society has been placed in due to the COVID-19 pandemic and are acting accordingly to do our part to mitigate the spread of the virus.

Thinking ahead, we do hope that you will join us next year at our event! We understand you may have already registered, and are working to address reimbursements currently. We will be updating our website shortly with this announcement.

If you have any questions regarding this event you can contact the event administrator, Amanda Teer via email at ateer@med.unc.edu

The Integrative Neurostimulation Conference (INC) has a strong interdisciplinary focus that strives to bring in unique perspectives in neuroscience and brain stimulation that are typically not heard side by side. We believe that growth and innovation optimally occur at the intersection of disparate ideas, and that interdisciplinary meetings provide an incredible opportunity to connect people and topics that might not otherwise interact, inspiring new scientific talent and creative advancements. INC is not run by a for-profit company and is designed to be affordable for all to attend. In previous years, we have attracted over 100 attendees who came internationally to listen to and interact with speakers from 4 continents. The conference allows attendees to meet and interact with leading researchers, outstanding trainees and clinicians at the intersection of medicine and engineering. We hope that this conference is a catalyst for future collaborations among attendees, including with the Carolina Center for Neurostimulation.

There is also a hands-on transcranial electrical stimulation workshop offered on May 11th prior to the conference. Further information can be found through the following link: http://www.integrativeneurostim.org/workshop.html
