- Successful EFT tapping - cats have needs too!: Fudge, the cat, had an unusual need to crawl into its injured owner's lap. This was causing many problems for the owner until Karen Lewis from the UK discerned the real problem and resolved the cat's issue with EFT.
- How to have a happy day: Baerbel Froehlin uses positive versions of EFT to enhance her mood. Even though she demonstrates this during a motorcycle ride, the same idea can be used anytime, anywhere.
- Extreme phobia eliminated after finding the core issue: Phobias come in many varieties and EFT provides likely relief for all of them. In this case by Jim Burdick, his client had an intense fear of buttons that was untouched by his first simple EFT approach. Then, after discovering a core issue, the phobia vanished.
- Tapping on your own "chain of worry" before tapping on your pet's problem: Pet owners will find many useful insights in this helpful article by Susanne Peach. Note how she uses surrogate tapping for her dog and admits beforehand, "I have told others that sometimes it's too difficult to tap on our own animals, as we can't be objective enough. But then I realized that maybe that is my own limiting belief."
- Anxiety related to atrial fibrillation is calmed with EFT: Those experiencing the irregular heartbeats of atrial fibrillation have understandable anxiety. There are many EFT approaches for this anxiety, of course, but I think you will find Nancy Morris' method particularly useful and refreshing.
- MD states: "I know that EFT can do all that is reported to be possible": Psychiatrist and long time EFT'er Henry Altenberg, MD gives us this personal story that would make an EFT believer out of anyone.
