Yes. More RAM.
With 96 Meg of RAM, I'll bet there are occasions when the appellation -
Win-doze seems all too appropriate. <g>

If you add the 10 Gig drive to your system, the Drive letters assigned
to the partitions will change.
Currently After Adding 10 Gig Drive
Drive 1 Drive 1 Drive 2
Partition 1 C: C: D:
Partition 2 D: E: H: * assuming
Partition 3 E: F: I: * more than
Partition 4 F: G: J: * one partition
If your CD-ROM drive is currently assigned the letter H, that
would change as well. All those drive letter changes can lead
to complications. So I recommend not adding that drive at this
point.
Assuming you increase your RAM to 256MB or more, do all of the
following:
1) Add the following line to the [386Enh] section of
C:\Windows\System.ini
ConservativeSwapfileUsage=1
2) Create a minimum size, unfragmented swap file on C:\
A) Assuming you don't have Norton Speed Disk
a) Control Panel> System> Performance> Virtual Memory>

Hard disk: D:\
OK. And reboot.
b) Now that the swap file is temporarily located on
D:\, defragment the C:\ Drive. Screen savers should
be disabled and you may have to boot into safe mode
to get the defrag to complete.
c) Now that C:\ has been defragmented.
Control Panel> System> Performance> Virtural Memory>

Hard disk: C:\xxxxxxxMB Free
Minimum: 512
Maximum: xxxxxxx (same as C:\xxxxxxxMB Free)
OK and reboot.

Full Optimization
Optimize Swap file
The minimum setting is simply reserving HD space for use by
the swap file. You're not requiring Windows to fill that space
up. In fact, we're hoping that Windows will never completely
fill up the space we've reserved. Just in case Windows ends
up needing more space for the swap file than we thought to
reserve for Windows to use, we didn't limit the maximum size.
(We set it as large as the remaining free space on the HD.)
In PSP -
File> Preferences> General Program Preferences...> Undo/Redo tab>
( x is checked and o is not checked)
x Enable the undo system
x Limit undo/redo disk usage to 100 Mbytes of storage per open image
It's possible you might need to increase this number. It's probably
better to disable the undo system than to make this number larger
than the total amount of ram in your system.
o Limit undo/redo
o Compress undo/redo information
x Enable the redo system
File> Preferences> File Locations...> Undo/Temporary Files tab>
C:\WINDOWS\TEMP
As others have suggested,
File> New...>
Width: 33.000
Inches
Height: 45.000
Resolution: xxx.000 Pixels / inch
Open an image to be inserted.
Image> Resize...>
'Maintain aspect ratio ...' should be checked.
It's located at the bottom of the dialog,
but it is the first thing to check.
Enable 'Actual / print size'
At the bottom of the 'Actual / print size' section, set
resolution to match the resolution you've selected for
your poster.
Enter the width you desire in inches.
Press OK.
Do any color adjustments, effects, sharpening, add text ...
Save a copy of the image in case you need to come back and
correct something.
If there is more than one layer
Layers> Merge> Merge All (Flatten)
Press Ctrl + C to copy to the clip-board.
Close the image.
Activate the poster image and press Ctrl + E to paste
as a selection and position as desired.
