Refugee Workshop: A Community Meeting on Resettlement in the U.S.

The United Nations formally designates approximately 26.3 million individuals as refugees. The United States has historically led the world in refugee resettlement. In 1980—the year the formal U.S. resettlement program began—we welcomed over 207,000 people. In recent years that number has plummeted below 12,000. What must be done?
