Sign Up to Host a SODA Event
SODA National is excited about your interest in hosting a SODA event on your camps!

This form is for students who want to host either an educational event or an organ donation registration drive yet do not have a SODA chapter on their campus. Please complete this form for each event you plan to hold.

By completing this form, you will receive access to the 'SODA Event Resources' Dropbox folder with numerous resources to help you host an event on campus.  Your event will also be eligible for reimbursement.

Steps:
1) Fill out this form at least five days before the event.
2) Receive 'SODA Event Resources' from SODA National.
3) Contact Terrence (Terrence@sodanational.org) if you would like to brainstorm about your campus event.
4) If applicable, submit a reimbursement form for your event here: http://tinyurl.com/sodafund.
