Saturday Ride 2020 

Looking to get out for a ride? Join us Saturday, May 30th when we trade our face masks for full-face helmets and hit the road for a group ride! Registration starts at ECHD at 10AM with kickstands up at 10:30AM. We'll end the ride back at the dealership where Taco N Madre will be on-site with their delicious street tacos. 

Social distancing will be in place and we ask that you (and anyone you ride with) park 6ft from the closest group. Ride waivers will be digital and the safety briefing will be available via video for review. All you have to do is register, show up, ride and have a great time getting some wind therapy!

By registering for this "Saturday Ride 2020" taking place on May 30th, 2020 I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND IT AND THAT I AM NOT RELYING ON ANY STATEMENT OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANYONE RELEASED THEREBY. THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY. 

I, the undersigned, on my own behalf and on behalf of my heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns (collectively “Heirs and Assigns”), in consideration of the opportunity to engage today in a group motorcycle ride and for other valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of which are hereby acknowledged, releases and forever discharges Emerald Coast Harley-Davidson, its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and Harley-Davidson, Inc. (“released parties”) from any and all claims, demands, rights, and causes of action of any kind whatsoever, known or unknown, which I now have or later may have in any way resulting from, or arising out of, my participation in a group motorcycle ride organized or promoted by the released parties.I, the undersigned, am not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, other illegal substances, or any medications at this time, which may impair my judgment or ability to operate or ride on the Motorcycle. I agree that I will not participate in a group motorcycle ride while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, other illegal substances, or such medications.I, the undersigned, acknowledge and understand that by signing this Release I and my Heirs and Assigns AGREE NOT TO SUE any or all of the released parties for any injury or death to myself, my property, any other person or such person’s property resulting from or arising out of any group motorcycle ride the release parties organize or promote.BY SIGNING THIS RELEASE, I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND IT AND THAT I AM NOT RELYING ON ANY STATEMENT OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANYONE RELEASED THEREBY.
