THE ROLE:
A new role has arisen for a highly motivated commercial property lawyer to join a real estate group which has an established reputation advising large investment landlords and major retail tenants.
The team handles a variety of property matters including commercial, acquisitions and disposals and high value investment residential in all market sectors including industrial and leisure.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be a commercial property lawyer 2-5pqe with a strong academic background (2:1 or above), who has worked within a leading national or London law firm with an established real estate team.
You must have a broad range of commercial property experience and demonstrate sound knowledge of high quality work and will have dealt with substantial transactions.
You will have a flexible and committed approach and be able to work under pressure, possessing exemplary communication skills (verbal and written).
