Outdoor-themed music closed out the third week of the 2008 Skaneateles Festival season on Saturday, when The Festival Orchestra was showcased appropriately in the open air at Brook Farm, overlooking Skaneateles Lake. HOTTEST CHICK N WING FESTIVAL About 30,000 people attended the fourth annual Hottest Chick N Wing Festival at the Inner Harbor in Syracuse, according to Pam Levine, event director. The public sampled more than 50 varieties of chicken wings on Friday and Saturday, she said. Shifty's in Syracuse won the hottest wing category.
