Use this form to apply for the revision sessions you would like to attend over the Easter holiday.

Disclaimer: As places are limited, applying does not guarantee you a place in that session. In order to keep class sizes manageable, I may have to swap or rearrange your sessions.

If you need to change your submission, simply complete the form again and your previous entry will be deleted for you.

Once class lists are finalised, printed timetables will appear in tutor pigeonholes.

The deadline for completing this form is Friday 28th February.
