2020 Service Planning Guide is a tool to assist in the planning and execution of our Sunday Services.

* The goal of this planning tool is to assist with:

1) Creation of the Weekly Bulletins
4
2) Identification of Specials/Rituals for a Service (Communion, Advent, Baptism) and Support Needed
5
3) Identification of All Audio/Visual Needs
6
4) Identification of persons that change weekly in support roles or participating in the service
7
* There will be 8 Populators Right Now: Pastors (3), Worship Leader, Music Director, Adult Bell Director, Youth Bell Director, Youth Choir Director

* All Information needs to be inputed at least one week prior.

* The Planning Guide will offer a three month view (Quarter); The Next Quarter will be up after Two Months
10
* All updated information will be accessible and available at any time to anyone involved in the services
11
* Each service has its own tab...there will be four tabs for each Sunday

* A link with access to Google Sheets has been sent out to house the document. Anyone with access to the link can view the document. Only those set up with access to input information can input information that will be saved.
