Hello, Region 9 Key Clubbers!

Are you excited to have fun and hang out with all of Region 9 during Region 9 Olympics? Join us for a day full of memories with Key Clubbers all over Region 9 by playing games, winning prizes, bonding, and more! The winning team of Region 9 Olympics will win EPIC PRIZES. Will your team rise to the top? Your July DCM will also be a part of this event!

EVENT LOGISTICS:
WHEN: Saturday, July 23rd, 2022 | 10:30 AM - 3:30 PM
WHERE: Alameda Crab Cove, Alameda CA| 1252 McKay Ave, Alameda, CA 94501
BRING: A SIGNED medical and COVID-19 liability waiver form (links are below!), proof of vaccination, a MASK, and money for donations!

ADMISSION:
At-The-Door: $8 per individual OR $48 per team of 6 individuals

Please note that there are 6 people to a team. Each team member should fill out this form INDIVIDUALLY.

If you register now, your registration cost will be $8/$48. All proceeds will towards the Pediatric Trauma Program, also known as PTP!
