Salary: GBP18 - GBP22 per hour Site Manager The CompanyOur client is a reputable commercial and retail refurbishment contractor based in West Yorkshire. They undertake a multitude of different projects varying from small 150k extensions to £5m build/remodel in retail, commercial and PFI. As a business they have seen continuous growth since their inception in the early 2000’s and have worked on some truly exciting and pioneering projects. The RoleAs a result of their exponential growth my client are looking for an experienced Site Manager to run a multitude of retail refurbishment contracts across the UK. The projects will be fast track refurbishments and will vary from £250k sectioned rollouts to £1.2m+ remodels. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing similar projects with anything up to 35-40 trade’s personnel on site. Duties will vary from policing H&S to attending pre start meetings and assisting the contracts manager’s with the programme preparation. As above the work will span across the UK resulting in long commutes or over night stays, again the successful candidate must be prepared to do either. Skills/attributes; - CSCS
- SMSTS
- Manage Sub contractors and trades
- Main contract experience (advantageous)
- 5+ years in a similar role
- Enthusiastic & self-motivated approach
- Strong commercial awareness
- First Aid
- Full UK Driving Licence
- IT Literate
