A July 10, 2015 updated version of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) Supplemental Guidance for ACE V1.5 has been posted to cbp.gov at the following URL:

Summary of Change:
In response to CBPs change to PG26 “If reporting only one level, show the total quantity for the item and report that as level 1 and not 6.” The ATF instruction to trade is to change the value of the Package Qualifier from a “6” to a “1”. The examples were updated accordingly.
