Location:  Livingston, Scotland
Salary:  £6.83 Per Hour


Temporary Contract from 8th June to 28th August 2015

My Client is a successful organisation based in Livingston. They have an immediate requirement for a Data Processor to join them on a temporary basis estimated to last 3 months.

Duties will include:

  • Process data from Customers received by email and fax
  • Data input into internal CRM database
  • Log email and faxed as received and send out acknowledgement to Customer
  • Liaise with internal departments where required

 

To be considered for this position, Candidate must have the following background and skills:

  • Previous experience of working within a similar Data Processing/Administration role
  • Excellent communication skills both internal and external
  • Ability to provide good Customer service at all times
  • Good IT skills including Word and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills are essential
