The project renovated the entire 19,000-square-foot space, including the showroom, offices, parts and service areas, and added 3,000 square feet to accommodate a new four-bay service drive-thru and a two-bay new-car delivery area.

Sean Boyle, president of the construction firm, said the renovations were made to the specifications of Ford’s new Global Look and Style guidelines, which sets the standards for everything in dealerships from color palettes and tile selection to furniture options. He said the goal is to create a more engaging experience for the customers.

“Ford believes the physical interface with customers — the design and image of a dealership — is key to its brand,” Boyle said.

The project took about seven months to complete. The dealership remained open during the duration of the work.
