Pretty Remedy (Finally Found Series) Kindle Edition

4.5 out of 5 stars 485 ratings

"You're wasting your time Rhett Foster. Locks have keys and walls can be climbed. I'm not buying your broody, skeptical act for one minute."

And then there's that...

Hitting sharp, fast and seemingly out of nowhere, like being struck by lightning when there’s not a storm cloud in sight, in she rolls— Reece Kelly— a force to be reckoned with, in a league of her own.

Which should mean only one thing for sure… she's way out of mine.

But the tiny lil' thing just keeps coming, a “Teaspoon” of the sweetest temptations life has to offer, doing a fine job of tempting me to believe she just might see something in me.

Something no one else does.

But complete honesty, vulnerability, works both ways... and she can’t hide the guilty shadows lurking in the depths of her eyes from me.

I love that Rhett got his own book. Liz and Cannon had a few cameo appearances which was nice. Rhett and Reece went through a lot to get their HEA I'm sure we haven't heard the last of them yet. I'm so glad I stumbled across your writing.....you always have me coming back for more I could read these over and over and never have enough. Bring on the next instalment and the next book .... Love ya Mama!

5.0 out of 5 stars ... Pretty Awesome..!!

It was March 2014 that I read the last of the Evolve series (Entice) and for some reason I hadn't read anything else until last week and that of course was Pretty Instinct don't ask me why, I apologise for saying in my last review that S.E. Hall hadn't bought anything out for over 12 months I went back and edited that, what I didn't realise Pretty Instinct was released May 2014, where have I been.! I've read hundreds of books though and can only assume I got caught up with others.
So onto Pretty Remedy, I knew it was going to be another quality read because the first book in this series was outstanding and I'm glad that I was able to read one after the other, no waiting around for me and that made it even better because sometimes you forget the story line of the last book and end up going back for a catch up.
There is something so different the way S.E. Hall tells her stories, especially this series but it's hard to say what it is exactly, it's just there and very obvious.
Again we were drawn in by this story, Reece who appeared to be quite shy and unassuming at first caught Rhett's eye straight away so that was enough to send alarm bells ringing because we knew all about Rhett's and his mood swings and the way he lived his life.
It didn't take long before we started to witness the chemistry between Reece and Rhett but Reece wasn't going to give into him so soon she wasn't one if those girls and Rhett soon realised and so their story began but who'd have thought that the record company that had bought Rhett's songs was the very same one that Reece owned, honestly we had know idea, didn't see that coming, S.E. Hall gave nothing away even when she went back to L.A the first time we had know clue we certainly weren't aware that she could sing and play several instruments.
Pretty Remedy like the first book is written extremely well, it's so interesting not just simple it really gets your imagination working and again you find yourself absorbing every detail and the scene where Reece was story telling and through that revealed who she was and Rhett putting two and two together and realising that she was In fact the owner of the said record company, I thought that was so clever and so different but that is what this author does and what she's all about.. Brilliant.
All the characters played a brilliant roll, loved Ozzie, there's always one you really warm to, Conner being the one in Pretty Instinct.
It was a real treat watching Rhett change his ways and fall for Reece, I feel a little sad for Jarrett he just can't seem to find the right one and we are obviously going to be kept waiting until we get his story but I am looking forward to reading Thatchers King's story will Sommerlyn be a constant feature in that, regardless I think she might be trouble, we've had a taste of her already..!!
Thank you for bringing us another brilliant series.!

5.0 out of 5 stars Loved it and LOVED Rhett!

S.E. Hall has done it again! Pretty Remedy is a beautiful masterpiece that had me hooked from beginning to end.

I fell in love with Rhett's character when we met him in Pretty Instinct and was thrilled to find out we were getting his story next. Rhett is now living in Las Vegas, and living the life. He still plays his music (by himself), and is picking up women left and right. He never stays with one for longer than one time. When he meets a loud mouthed girl and her friend one night at On Tap he's intrigued with Reece (aka Teacup) and is thinking he found his next conquest.

Reece is a tiny little thing out to celebrate her best friend's upcoming nuptials, and gets drug to On Tap to help Landry prove her feelings are right and her fiance is cheating on her. Reece never expected to meet Rhett and she definitely does not put up with any of his crap.

I loved Reece and Rhett's banter back and forth, and all of the chemistry that existed between the two of them. There is definitely something different about Reece, and Rhett doesn't know what to do about it. When Reece turns the tables on Rhett and leaves without saying goodbye, I wasn't sure if I wanted to feel sorry for Rhett, or be like "YOU GO GIRL" to Reece!

Rhett and Reece's story is beautifully written and you can't help but fall in love with these two characters. I loved getting to see a little bit more of Cannon and Liz, as well as still seeing more of Jarret, the new characters introduced in this book were awesome as well. I think I love Landry, even if she is flaky as all get out, but there's just something about her that makes me like her.

Even though Pretty Remedy is book 2 in the Finally Found series, it can definitely be read as a stand alone. I picked up this book and was unable to put it down until I read the very last sentence. This book had a way of pulling me into the story and I felt as if I was right there living it with the characters. The characters are written beautifully, and the story just flows off the pages. Five plus stars to Pretty Remedy! This is a book that should not be overlooked!

4.0 out of 5 stars Great balance of humor, sexiness and drama...

I was so looking forward to getting to know Rhett after reading Pretty Instinct and he's just as awesome as I thought he'd be. I wanted to punch him in the face a few times for being a jerk but it was nice to see his walls come crumbling down the more time he spent with Reece. Speaking of Reece, she was great too. A new female character to this series, she's a little shy but she's also strong and as she gains confidence, she becomes this spunky chick full of the best kind of attitude. I love her the minute she turned Rhett down the night they met.

No spoilers here so I'll keep quiet on the intricacies of the story but this was a great mix of humor, sexiness and a little drama. I loved the glimpses of Liz and Cannon. I was surprised by the ending because I figured Jarrett's book would be next but I guess we'll be getting to know Thatcher a bit better first!
