 Quantity Surveyor - Consultancy - Proprerty
Location: Leeds, England
Salary: GBP35000 - GBP45000 per annum
We are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join this well established multidisciplinary consultancy in its Leeds office.
The company is a leading consultancy working across a wide range of market sectors including education, commercial, regeneration, industrial and retail predominately in the private sector. Due to continual expansion in workload we are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong commercial background to work on a number of projects within the local area.
Applications are sought from candidates with a BSc (or equivalent qualification/ experience) in quantity surveying along with relevant professional qualifications. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a good level of previous experience in all key aspects of quantity surveying disciplines and contract administration.
Duties include:
Independent delivery of cost management advice
Full duties as quantity surveyor/employer’s agent
Client liaison and relationship development
