ID/A Waiver Provider Resource Carnival
You are invited a Provider Resource Carnival! What is a Resource Carnival? We are asking each attendee to bring typical resource fair information to share with individuals/families AND we are also asking you to bring a FUN carnival style activity! Examples might be: games, crafts, cookie decorating, etc. We are also seeking a few donations for door prize items. 

Event will be held Tuesday, April 30, 2024 from 5pm-8pm at the South Mall in Allentown. Attendees will need to bring their own tables/chairs.
