| Exchange Disseminated Time | The Exchange has sought clarification from Emami Ltd with respect to news article appearing in The Times Of India on October 20, 2014 titled "J&J to sell 2 brands in India for Rs 300 Crs."
Emami Ltd replied stating "We would to clarify that the Company has not entered into any such arrangement so as to make intimation to the Stock Exchange. It is a media report over which the company has no control and the Company has not made any statement in this regard." |
